pathetic company ever , they dont provide salary even if they provide that is too not on time ... they denied to provide my salary of my last 18 working days post my resignation. company can change your process without knowing your comfort zone , when i used to work in they hired me for a process where the process was inbound but after completion of my training they changed my process to some other process without even informing me. such a waste company , i regret why i joined this company 😔 lastly will share this company comes under blacklist. so beware from this company

i hate this company, nothing is good here not even the ambience.... cafeteria is so poor and unhygienic, they don’t provide salary to their employees, also they make people fool by hiring unprofessionals ... not a worthy company to work.

...old : 5 LWP in a year can be a loss of retention 60000 or 1.2 lk. 3. No PF : 4. Attendance bonus - 1 forced LWP applied by supervisor costs (5000 attendance bonus + 1 day salary + low rating+ behavioral marking, etc ) All these are the tools for supervisor to punish an associate. There is no employee satisfaction at all !!

Open door policy is only on paper this company never work on policy OPERATIONS : HOD balbir he treat agent as slave and AM mangesh and TL shubham never help whenever required HR : pooja and gaurav never committed to there words Common issues : salary dedication 250 for full day extra and 150 for half day for absent days there There is is public holiday provided by company in operations Salary issue for every month

Salary deduction due to their policy which new members don't know because as usually we didn't get that much time to read their policies of 25 pages.

I have joined Ienergizer last year recently I had arguments with my AM his is using unprofessional way of talking or thread me everytime I will hold your salary and all after this he also hold my salary then I complaint with HR after this he is now targetting me and his manager also supported him this is my one of the worst experience which I faced in my career the environment is not good really.
