Everything they do not provide salary on time. Plus hr don't response when needed. No job security they can terminate you anytime and puts lots of pressure on you. Worst company. joining here not suggested.

They are not supporting at all. They are making us pay our internet bills, they made us install a new 20k inverter at our home. They deducted our 30% salary each month. Irony is- whole staff is working, no loss of work, new work is coming from the client. Since day 1. They are using name of covid to exploit the staff. You are being overworked and underpaid

No appraisal, 30% salary deduction, implementation of new rules without discussion, no HR support, overworked and underpaid

I got a good exposure of medical field.

Night shifts r really hard n they don't pay u well n continous use of headphones gave everyone tinnitus a medical condition. This job ruins your health and after showing them medical certificate they really don't care about it n don't give u experience certificate which is even more annoying.

Likes

Work culture is good. Management is also good. The salary is competitive but slight less compared to other scribing companies, but the job security is there. Overall, great experience.

Dislikes

Night shift is the major disadvantage. You have to change your lifestyle for this job.

... were least supportive during initial stage, delayed my appointment letter by 1.5 months after starting the work and delayed my first salary for 3 months. Even team manager won't support you if they don't favor you. Even after my resign from job HR manager told, she will settle my account after 60 days, it's more than 60 days, I am still waiting for my relieve letter and my pending salary. Please don't waste your precious career time here. It's a pure waste.
