I like about the leave policies and yearly variable pay which company offers that too they have filtered and brought many new policies which is bad

Dislikes

No promotion even after working for 3years Low hike No new stuffs to learn routine job And favourism with politics happens frequently

1) 8.30 hours of work 2) On time salary 3) Two weekly off

Dislikes

1) Any time meetings on teams 2) Because of others fault management hold responsible for you also 3) Any time changes in overall schedule so overall work gets impacted 4) For minor incident you have to do lots of documentation and email work.

I like the team cooperation and discussion the problem statement in development team and solving as a team. Good work culture, flexible timing and no free food we need to buy...good IT park and nice pay

They are not paying salary on time Strict manager (depends on project)

Branch Manager is running their own rules. Not providing any leave. Even she always took of on Every Saturday but she will not allow anyone to take off on Saturday. Company is overall so good but old people and branch Manager is not supportive

...ay Scale does not match the industry standards or experience for each candidate. Preference given for higher salary for new employees only. Internal appraisals with very low or minimal salary hike. Managers attitude towards subordinates are very disrespectful.
