Full of politics. Incompetent managers who are just interested in your personal life. Favouritism at its peak. Humiliation if you are not buttering. Make your life a living hell if you question their biasness. No appreciation if your not their favourite. Try to bring the employee's image down even outside the organisation. They put a lot of pressure on the staff. Everything that has to be done needs to be done by the counselor. There are no separate departments to do tasks. It's one man army. By the end of the day the counselor becomes so tired and exhausted to do all tasks simultaneously. The management wants us to be the jack of all trades and master of all. Branch Manager is running their own rules. Not providing any leave. Even she always took of on Every Saturday but she will not allow anyone to take off on Saturday. Company is overall so good but old people and branch Manager is not supportive

IDP Pay Scale does not match the industry standards or experience for each candidate. Preference given for higher salary for new employees only. Internal appraisals with very low or minimal salary hike. Managers attitude towards subordinates are very disrespectful.

Underpaid, victim of favourism and politics because of which NO growth and hence a classic example of work decoram being an absolute joke within certain toxic employees. Grievances if addressed goes unheard and you are indirectly punished wt the time of reviews/annual growth for addressing the grievance to the HR. The HR is favouring the management more than hearing out to the core team players. The right is questioned at every point and few of employees who practice the wrong are favoured and protected by the reporting managers which leads to demoralising an individual and hence staff attrition. The managers should also be equally penalised and removed from the organisation for encouraging a toxic environment within the branch.
