Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Here no pay slips and no relieving letter, hr manager and CEO same , no job security depends issue you faced, more penalties and salary deduction s for day leave 2days will deduct, just like that working hours terrible 12 hrs shifts same as day &night don't waste time if you're looking forward career growth and piece of mind, think logical ly don't give certificate for joining, it's look like arresting company don't join without giving correct joining letter with all conditions means pf+esi , incentive without any interuption issues , first look environment one day if you tempted to join don't give any commitment s
