Here no pay slips and no relieving letter, hr manager and CEO same , no job security depends issue you faced, more penalties and salary deduction s for day leave 2days will deduct, just like that working hours terrible 12 hrs shifts same as day &night don't waste time if you're looking forward career growth and piece of mind, think logical ly don't give certificate for joining, it's look like arresting company don't join without giving correct joining letter with all conditions means pf+esi , incentive without any interuption issues , first look environment one day if you tempted to join don't give any commitment s...Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
