This is the second company in this vertical - Steel Detailing. I'm not sure if the industry is like this or if people run it the way they want, but I have seen that the company does not respect its employees like the IT or ITES Industry does. There is absolutely no regard for an employee's life or the environment he/she works in. Hygiene in the office is bad. The policies are not employee friendly. Even during this pandemic, the work from home option is not given. We are here to earn money for the company, but our welfare is least important to the company. Culture and management are poor.

...n. We are asked to put in over 15 hours of work everyday. No holidays are given. If a person takes a leave, it would be Loss of Pay. Work Environment is bad, so is the general manager. There is no learning or growth aspect in the company. Overall, there is a lot of scope for improvement. I respect the management; however, request you to kindly look into the matters I have put here and save the company before it is too late.

Dirty washrooms....cleanliness is ignored....all they need is to complete...100hrs work in 50 hrs....dont get confused as i am writing this in likes section.

Washrooms are awesome....have to close your nose while using it....no fan/Ac for employees....only for management people....Floor mats cleaning we have never seen from years....if you dont get job anywhere...go there....or else its a big noo...

THE THING IS, THEY NEVER GIVE ANY RECOGNITION IF YOU ARE SINCERE AND HARDWORKING! THOSE WHO ARE WORKING THEY WILL BE WORKING AND OTHERS WILL ENJOY AND GET SALARY!! THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY SLOW IN TAKING DECISIONS. THEY NEVER HIRED A PERSON EVEN AFTER SIX MONTHS FROM THE DATE WE MENTIONED TO HIRE!! BEING A JUNIOR CHECKER IN THE COMPANY I DID ALL THE WORKS OF A SENIOR CHECKER! THEY DID NOT BOTHER HOW MUCH I STRESSED AND NOT EVEN THEY GAVE ENOUGH SALARY FOR THAT!!

1. The office is very un-hygienic it worst than the government municipal office 2. The company is not good for the experienced and senior professionals. The middle level and juniors can have good time, as they will not be having much knowledge of work strategy and planning. which they will never get to see in this office. 3. The projects are handled without any planning and schedule. The project scheduled will be communicated on the day of delivery only. Which directly effect the quality of projects and even the working hours and the employee performance. 4. No proper communication. The synchronization between seniors and middle level and juniors is zero. So just they work without any coordination. 5. The company management takes decision based on loyalty. So job security is worst ever I have seen in my professional life. I am really lucky that I had short time in this company. 6. The PM and DM are in-competent and have lack of management skills. They don't communicate with team about the planning or any scheduling. They just point the mistakes on below levels to save themself. But they don't try to address the issues before with proper planning. 7. Stand up meetings, Status meeting and kick off meeting are above there heads as they don't no exactly what these all means. So no work culture. 8. The Employees are roaming around in working hours. As the team coordination is absent. As one employee will be working means another will be out side. which will lead to quality and time concern. 9. Leaves are like diamonds kept in glass showcase. U can see in your HR Portal but cant take. If any how there is a chance of long weekend then if u apply leave before or after long weekends they will do two days LOP. 10. Joining as senior will lead to loose your past skills and joining as junior will not get any chance to learn any skills to to build your future. These are some honest point in my short duration here.
