Working at IDC has been a mixture of pleasure and harrasment. You get the salary you deserve but that salary remains your salary for the next 2-3 years as the incremental policy is not that transparent. I had to wait for 2 and a half years to get my another increment. Salary will be credited on 7.

We get our incentives paid at an uncertain duration. The VP and Business heads have all the luxury while the rest has to acknowledge their KRA, be it Sunday or any day. On the top of it, job is not secure here. You come from your home to office and plan your day. But the management may have other plans for you. You can be the next anytime and asked to submit your laptop, cards and all and then exit.

Hey All , Everyone gets happy once they receive any offer So same was the case in my scenario.

Dislikes

I would not recommend until and unless they promise for salary hike. got placed in Wipro in the payroll of IDC but there is not a single hike , no reimbursement for medical health issue, no security any time termination is waiting no knowledge gain.

...ly , they say he is doing formality. Company is good but team managers are not .client want high skill with low pay rate , that too dayone onsite. And after all I gave a submission, which client told that he is overqualified. Hardworking team with toxic manager is worst that can happen. Me and my colleague left because of toxic manager.

...rney. I started working here as a fresher but now working as a senior Manager. Never got disappointed in terms of salary hike/ appraisal . To be honest, no company is bad or good, you only face the best or worst with whom you work with. I am happy that I am working with one of most ethical and true person who always supported me and trained me so effectively that I am here today.
