...to work every day from Sunday to Saturday, with 20 to 21 hours of sitting daily. The salary is low compared to the market standards. Additionally, due to management issues, the workload of 10 people is assigned to a single person.

Team work all team supportive specialy Project manager and Technical head. be it personal life or professional life, job security is excellent on time salary

2 year bound fresher as well experience holder. Hr behaviour like they as they are company owner and as we are their woker

For freshers its good as u can learn work culture and office etiquette. Job security. Good food.

Too much restrictions on working environment. U cannot use new technology. Pay package and increment very bad.

...t of partiality, reference candidates are preferred for good hike good rating. If people have strong reference then they will get good designation ,good package, recognitions for the work you never did. But without reference you will get nothing not even appreciation for the work you did. Please do not join this company at all. The only good thing in it is job security nothing else. Client treat you as if you are their servants. Manager do not have any technical and functional knowledge but behave as if they know everything and will cross you for your every decision. Officially working hours are 8 hours 30 mins but managers expect you to sit beyond that even if you are ideal just to show others we have work pressure. No technical help will be provided because managers don't know anything. Managers interfer in your friends circle. They decide with whom you should stay with whom you must not and if you don't over your manager he will cross you Everytime. And make your appraisal bad.
