...to work every day from Sunday to Saturday, with 20 to 21 hours of sitting daily. The salary is low compared to the market standards. Additionally, due to management issues, the workload of 10 people is assigned to a single person.

2 year bound fresher as well experience holder. Hr behaviour like they as they are company owner and as we are their woker

For freshers its good as u can learn work culture and office etiquette. Job security. Good food.

Too much restrictions on working environment. U cannot use new technology. Pay package and increment very bad.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
