Nothing the salary package is too much less for experience candidate as well this company does not provide the settlement amount after leaving the company the bathrooms are very unhygienic. They also tells that if the boys come in afternoon 3.00 shift per day 30 rupees will be provided but they only give 13 rupees.

Worst that rajia who is the head here in hyderabad in idbi intech she that lady wo feel that she is the Lord and others are their labour worst culture really sabse pehle rajia ko kuch sikhao

In Idbi Intech it's a very good company to work and it's a nice environment to work

After selection we are working as a banking general but after increasing process level they want to provide a more salary after increasing our process that it's I dislike. But it's a good environment to work.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Too early to say but compared to benefits they are inconsiderable, only the major issue is no salary hike. But as a fresher good to start.
