1) ICRA's business model is fully depends on a single client like a monopoly hence having no weightage in front of client. Basically, they are working as a 3rd party. 2) Negative and worst management approach & lethargic body language regarding any new domestic business model. 3) Very conservative in front of client and misguided the whole team and the process badly. 4) Project and job security is very poor as they become 'layoff master' now a days. 5) Their hiring regarding any project/process is miserable, less transparent and without proper planning & home work as their evaluation regarding any project/process is very poor.

Micromanaging, Seniors will take your work credit, Seniors are the reason for the bad culture, seniors will act like they are managers or CEOs, even managers are involved, they took advantage of this, they will make you resign, basically they will play with your career and use you like a toy.

The company's work culture is very good. Line managers are responsive. The company also provide good learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Salary and increment. However the company regularly make survey with the industry peers to make salaries in line with the market standards.

Working environment is pretty good Helpful senior and team leads Compensation is good after the restructuring happened this year

Dislikes

There are some projects (Covance or Labcorp) which are so so tiring.. long hours of work is needed and the salary is not as per the work load (for those projects) Sometimes there are some favouritism in team

Obviously the management is really cool. It has got lots of good people working. The HR department is totally awesome and even the Team manager.

Dislikes

The salary is too less to compensate your cost of living in Kolkata. Comparative to what we can get in other states.
