...dept. Mostly suffers i.e. Subhojoy Kar should be sacked first. People like S.K.D (THE RD BURMAN, whose job to hear the RD's songs in office, going to big resort in weekend & enjoy a fatty salary) having min. contribution to the co. But he can Can easily survive, get promotion , good increment and get good rewards, since they are very close to higher authority, specially the sengupta mam. Pathetic company CULTURE. I Spoiled long 14 valuable years of my career in this bogus co. No training, no value addition, same monotonous work. Oiling here the only Mantra of success. I went to several departments but every departments having same issues. Good promising employees are leaving the company in recent days. Please be aware before choosing. #boycotIcraAnalytics

Favourism. No Job Security. Minimal Increment. No employee benefits provided, only salary. All the facilities like - bus , occasional food , gift everything is withdrawn to cut the cost & to survive the oiling masters.

• Relaxed and family-like atmosphere; • Cooperative management, Peers and Employee support (HR, Accounts, IT etc.); • Transparent management.

• Limited skill development scope; • Salary is decent as per market rate but it would be great if slightly improved.

1) Salary on time. 2) Hybrid work model. 3) Flexible work schedule.

Dislikes

1) ICRA's business model is fully depends on a single client like a monopoly hence having no weightage in front of client. Basically, they are working as a 3rd party. 2) Negative and worst management approach & lethargic body language regarding any new domestic business model. 3) Very conservative in front of client and misguided the whole team and the process badly. 4) Project and job security is very poor as they become 'layoff master' now a days. 5) Their hiring regarding any project/process is miserable, less transparent and without proper planning & home work as their evaluation regarding any project/process is very poor.

Likes

Nothing now, after the recent change in management. There is a lot of interference from the holding company. No autonomy at all.

Dislikes

Plenty now. Poor salary. Work culture getting worse. Not at all employee centric. Only revenue and number driven. Job security is also low. Not able to keep old senior employees.
