National institute for Research in Tuberculosis(NIRT) is a central government research institute, here lots and lots of opportunity available, if you are selected for contractual you can work only with the time duration such as till project end/project duration/contractual period, if you are selected for a regular post then you no need to worry about job security. NIRT environment is too good to work.
