Since 2007 to 2012 culture was good best sustainable but afterwards it has been detoriated ..no work personal life balance in finance and accounts.too much late sittings like you have to sit late then u will be considered as good perfomer.saturday anf other holidays seniors expects us to work.even for one day leave have to explain reason .senior will ask us to stay available on phone n emails.plus ask us if u could manage ur personal work on weekends or half day. Even if u r working from home they will not allow us or have to explain reason n it shouod be critical then only they will allow. No events happens in office ever for festivals.this is all about accounts finance department.

The Bonus is based on Performance and is generally around 30% of Gross CTC at a good rating 5 days working week

Company Culture and Policies need improvements in terms of staff welfare expenses and employees benefits No off-site since past 4 years

Icici Securities gives good compensation and benefit, culture also is good. Good colleagues.

In finance department accounting process is not set properly as compare to others company and Some Manager doing mentally torcher to employees

bonus % is very nice.Time is flexible no late marks this is big positive point who travels in central line.work culture not so good now.Company health policies are super.Job security is good.

...ot take out some time for gym,gaming zone or any events. increament is very low.There is no salary revision concept for old loyal employee.Compulsory job profile rotation is not there.

I worked here in Equity Product Group (EPG) department for around 6 months. I didn't at all like working here. There were no scope for learning/skill development, work environment turned toxic after one month of joining and work life balance became terrible. Work satisfaction was zero for me since I didn't like to push sell products to customers, which they don't need or infact won't be beneficial for them, just to achieve my target. Your superior will give you extreme pressure to achieve your target and the targets are so high that one cannot achieve it in honest ways. Even superiors will suggest you to lie to customers but they will never give their consent in writing. So if at anytime a complaint is lodged against you for misconduct to the Regulators (SEBI, RBI, etc.) then GOD help you because you'll be on your own. If you face problem in achieving target, the superiors instead of help solving your problems or giving PROPER TRAINING to you, will insult you in front of your co-workers and tell you to leave the job. They will create the work environment so toxic that you'll be forced to resign from the company. Also you are expected to come office on time but you won't be allowed to leave until you achieve your daily targets. I'll never suggest anyone to join this company, especially EPG department.
