HR policies are very srtong.But HR is not. The basic subject 'Organizational Behavior' does not exist.HR doesn't understand the word Workplace and Work environment.They have a concept of bottom 20 ,which means if you fall under bottom 20 list(Low performance),u will be fired. No job security in Icici Securities.I studied various case studies of failure companies during my MBA and while working with I-sec I realized this will be the best example in future.My advise to all my juniors ,if you have other option,please don't play with your Future.Join other company with less salary but job security.And if you don't have any other options, start from today everything that glitters is not gold.All the Best ...!!!

... experience is good but there are very rare opportunities for skill development. Compensation criteria is not so attractive.

Traget pressure can make you a cold-blooded person because you need to acquire new clients every day. There are a total of 17 products you need to sell to the customers by calling them and asking them to invest. If you have a big family or friends circle, you can join this company because you can ask your friends or family to open an account, which will be easy to achieve weekly and monthly target.
