During covid 19 lockdown company supported the emoloyes very nicely, give salary on time.

Dislikes

Working culture is very bad. There is no fix time to go home. No fix time of closing the office. Even some times office closed at 10.00 pm. There is no systematic thing in the company, any manager can make their own rule. Also internal politcs is also there. Lot of pressure to achieve target. No clear communication from managers for about the working procedure. No ethics and compliance. No career growth, even many employes who are working from last 5 years with a great performance are not get promoted, still they are in same position. I saw some seniors employes get demoted also.

In ICICI Prudential, company culture is very good with strong HR policies. Here you will get your salary and monthly incentives on time.

Though it's an Insurance company work life balance will be difficult for you.

Entered into this company with good salary. Company recognised me within the span of 9 months and gave me promotion and hike.

Though company recognises you employers doesn't praise your work. Security for women working in this company is zero. Women are not recommended to join in this company especially if it is a Partnership Channel.

No dislikes but everything depends on the manager you report and the channel you get in this company. If your in partner handling channel . Your manager will give so much respect and importance to the partner but not you . He will not understand your problem .
