Nothing to learn apart from sales, operations team is very slow. There is no scope of digital learning and process. If sales target is not met, your life is hell.

Company Culture is very good for new people they are given time to develop themselves with the company process and systems. For self motivate people to do their work very freely. Career growth depends on performance base only.

It is very good company. People willing help to new people for stability in systems. But I think this company grow more with change few steps in a system like personal grooming training and people management sessions for new people.
