Icici prudential is basically good company .It gives good salary for freshers.

Dislikes

Company wise icici is very good. But salem branch is very worst for managers support There is a lots of politics.seniors not help for juniors especially ANAND (ARM) PSF channel is help to senior only. Anand give only 6month time for begineers .After 6 months They don't give a business he compale for the separation . HR wise no action for anand.

...own brand so it's easy to deal with clients. 2nd competitively amazing products. 3rd salary payouts are always on time. 4th presure for growth is remarkably high.

Dislikes

1st Very High Sales Pressure!! 2nd incentives playmates are very delayed. 3rd less work-life balance, sometimes you have to attend meetings on Sunday & have meet client on weekends also. 4th you have to be lucky enough to get a supportive BM & RM. Otherwise you'll end up resigning with in 6-12 mouth. 5th if you have hard-core sales mindset & have good networking skills then you could stay at ipru & grow. Otherwise you'll get Frustrated very soon.

Very worst management and the manager will treat in an irespectable manner as a fresher they would expect you work as an experience person if you don't do that the manager will force you resign the job better don't go and especially for bankassurance

I like the culture little bit but salary is very bad only they provide good salary to the college placement peoples

Many of the things like salary and designation is totally not up to the mark of someone is from college placement they provide good package and designation doesn't matter it's a fresher and when we talk about experience person there expectations are very high towards but salary is very very less

Company develop people by learning and valuable skills. Customer first, best product's with features.

Dislikes

... 18 years of my life to the company , doesn’t recognise handwork and commitment.New hires from outside the company are brought in at higher salary's. That kind of thing unvalued and disheartened.
