The one I gave 4 star compensation and as they say you don't get the complete world...so that's one thing... company pays one of the lowest but learning is the best in the IPRU.

There is not have any work life balance, specially in group claims ,manager is not cooperative, for a single day sick leave also they asked like why did you inform previously.saturdays are working for partial employees.Hr &Sr Management is not supportive for employees they are at side of only managers.Promotion criteria is not basis of performance but on favourtism basis....hr will not assure that your conversation will be confidential & but each information gave to senior rather than to help out employees get more torture from manager.

...d job security, and offers valuable learning opportunities to enhance my skills. While the salary is on the lower side and growth feels slow, the stable environment and focus on employee development make it a worthwhile place to work.

Very worst management and the manager will treat in an irespectable manner as a fresher they would expect you work as an experience person if you don't do that the manager will force you resign the job better don't go and especially for bankassurance

...ed for. There is no work-life balance. Company work culture is purely political. No learnings and compensation is below industry standards. Suggestion to anyone who is thinking to work here: Better go for Delivery agent rather work for ICICI Prudential.
