IL is company where you get freedom to work and explore. The management and line managers belive in the employee to go out of box and get the things done. Also there work life balance which is very important.

...agers. And also I find the management is very much transparent to the employers. Company policies are good, appreciation and appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bouns every year.

I feel work culture towards timings they have to rework ... employee in that company I felt very stretch timings towards work not able to find the timing for my personal life.

The company respected the offers they gave. They didn't revoke any offer. The company has many gaps in terms of technology, automation and digitalization. Hence, the projects are very good. Lots of roles & responsibilities. Good learning curve.

... to start? The compensation is good (neither the best in the market nor less). But it's doesn't pay for the mental trauma that every employee has to go through while working here( especially when you're a new fish in the pond). The work life balance is pathetic. Nobody is professional, except the HR. But you won't be interacting with them after you are onboard. Peers don't reply to your mails, msgs. You have to call them multiple times to even get an acknowledgement. It's not just about the politics but also about the language your seniors talk to you in. They are still living in 1990-2000 when the leadership style of screaming, blackmailing, warning about firing you works. To the Mancom of Lombard - Please improve the leadership style of your VPs and AVPs. Thankyou

Except career growth all the think like job security travels,work environment, innovation,work life balance everything is good but the main think is that timely growth in term of grad elivatoon is very poor as per my experience.

Compensation is decent bit growth is very slow.

There is several departments, i was working in ( CRT Department ), i had good experience at icici Lombard, if you are completing your on time so no one will force you for OT, if you want leave so you will have to inform few days back to your reporting person and your leave will be approved, we had office outing also, i had been there for 1 year i haven't felt any office politics.
