Company managers are better for support to business and work . Work culture is better than other companies.

...med employees instead of new appointed freshers or other newly joined employees. If any vacancy generate as BM or any senior manager, HR appointed new candidate from other company with higher package instead of given chance to their old employees.

They making fool and pressure also misbehaving on employees. I suggest to people never will go at ICICI Lombard I'm very thankful to God, who given me power which I get leave that job after 6 months

I feel work culture towards timings they have to rework ... employee in that company I felt very stretch timings towards work not able to find the timing for my personal life.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
