Everything is worth from the top level to bottom level no one is supportive even HR's only listen to top level like your manager you are reporting to ... No appraisal no hike nothing specially for campus hire.. If you r fresher so definitely you will get 5 rating and no hike ,even you did too good in terms of business... No one will listen your point , top level is always right here

Toxic behaviour by top management, and HR will not supportive, On every day 4-5 con call , work under pressure , HR will transfer any time any where without prior notice, old employees are permanent दामाद of company, they will not accept new employees.

Internal politics , No increment till 5 yrs, no receive bonus till 5 yrs, no salary hike till 5 yrs. Company HR's not given 1st preference to state employees. They hiring MBA students from other states like, UP, Kolkata, Odisa. And given high starting packages 8 L , 9L , 10L-12L, State employees only sufferring and working hard, Zero growth. And HR team is non trustable, They saying one thing while hiring, And you get someting else. # Career ki Dhajiya

Company policies for front sales employee is nothing for career growth. Only management will grow and they will get everything for free like hike bonus. If you joined in Zonal Level profile everything will get to you but if you are in front sales only upper management will give good example how to grow in life.

Good work environment, management are supporting. Company policies are good. Overall it is good experience working with the organisation.

Dislikes

There is politics and management doesn't take care of that. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. You have to learn everything by yourself only no hand holding.
