Senior never support junior staff not proper training of field only training a theorical to much pressure and harassment of new joined manager not proper training give of company IT system no stable job old employee take position and to much politics

...place to work for those who are willing to get retired from the particular firm. On time salary. Professional and Straightforward VP.

Dislikes

Work culture overall i.e non-responsive HR (Except Mohit Bane), IT team, Bad appraisal process and micro monitoring person AVP who is not even supporting towards the team. Even i will recommend to other peoples don't join in his team you will get exploit, harresed and irritated each and evey working as well as non working hours. There is no value for your efforts, even after showing result oriented work in full proof.

Good work environment and culture,Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Office ambience. Good pay scale. 5 days work in a week so good work life balance.

No skill devlopement, career growth is dependent on your relationship with superior, too much process oriented job, travelling is cumbersome if your work in head office.

I had good co- workers with me. Friendly Team leader. That was the best part in my department.

...y. The TL and management will make your life hell. Even they call you on Sunday. With no extra pay.No work life balance at all.
