It is to good work with India top 10 general insurance company time to time salary work life balance is good Saturday and Sunday off 5Days week work good product of company for customer

Senior never support junior staff not proper training of field only training a theorical to much pressure and harassment of new joined manager not proper training give of company IT system no stable job old employee take position and to much politics

Salary received on time no delays. Leaves system was also as per the requirements

Dislikes

Breaks are not appropriate I have medical issues like over active bladder I need to go to washroom frequently between one two hours but there is no break just you have to take permissions for that also break schedule not good

I had good co- workers with me. Friendly Team leader. That was the best part in my department.

...y. The TL and management will make your life hell. Even they call you on Sunday. With no extra pay.No work life balance at all.

Everything is worth from the top level to bottom level no one is supportive even HR's only listen to top level like your manager you are reporting to ... No appraisal no hike nothing specially for campus hire.. If you r fresher so definitely you will get 5 rating and no hike ,even you did too good in terms of business... No one will listen your point , top level is always right here
