Everything is worth from the top level to bottom level no one is supportive even HR's only listen to top level like your manager you are reporting to ... No appraisal no hike nothing specially for campus hire.. If you r fresher so definitely you will get 5 rating and no hike ,even you did too good in terms of business... No one will listen your point , top level is always right here

Everything, work culture is pathetic, salary is market minimum, work planning is pathetic as well most teams are just eating each others business, team leaders are lost when I comes to challenges, and the worst operations teams ever, if you are in sales you would wish you never worked.
