...he branch. Department Heads don't know how to deal the issues in matured manner. Atleast two sundays may work in a month but no compensation. Not to learn any new things.

Bosses are good they They are motivative Helping.

... also, 4 sunday and Saturday working is compalsary. Other wise company is good. Internal pramotion are happening but salary not getting increase as per quality. They provide salary packeg higher for only external employee not internal.

Payroll wise company is good, receive great bonus and appraisal but work culture is not good.

Here every leave day is like normal working day. We can not manage working life and personal life specially women employee also sitting till 8-10pm. Due to this we are facing multiple family and health issue. No rest during last 20 days of month and no leave allow in last 20 days in month end. If you are joining ICICI home finance then forget your personal life.

Good work environment and seniors are supportive and all staff behaviour friendly and helpfully nature.

... is very slow. Company working policies and product policies are very difficult.salary is very low.

Honest review Works as TBM Handles the branch . Salary and perks are good.

No work life balance. No retention for employee serving in notice . Attrition at its highest peak in our region. Middle management alone around 12 member resigned in a span of 1 year. Unlike others credit has to do back end works and operation works which affect disbursement TAT. Affordable home finance but unrealistic targets Collection branch will have to manage for 12 MOB 4th Saturday and sundays are usually working days Etc etc
