Dislikes

We work daily 10 to 11 hours, office time is not as per company said or given on policy. We are not getting leaves , we work on holiday also, 4 sunday and Saturday working is compalsary. Other wise company is good. Internal pramotion are happening but salary not getting increase as per quality. They provide salary packeg higher for only external employee not internal.
