...many work load on sales officer.. every product want to Active by BMs and SMs .. moreover salary is very low bank expections high but salary very low on this designation.. PB VB works same but salary different and PB VB have dress code but Sales officer (so) not have .. why different like this ..

Overall a good experience, work life balance. It was a decent profile with decent pay. Good profile to start your career with as you get a brand name.

Dislikes

Salary is relatively low as there is no incentive. You have to wait all the way to year end for bonus. If you leave in between you loose the bonus. Secondly, sales is difficult if you are not from a marketing background or some kind of introvert.

...say anything....just think about the humans that worked for U and the brand... U pay only 20k to 30k for employee....and except 2 crore of business... U r exceptions are not bad But please teach u r ZH RH for the same

Dislikes

Low pay, long working hours in some departments.. even though if u don't have work still u need to sit till 7 o clock in some departments. need to learn hindi
