Job offered is not as per JD shown before interview to you also proper clarification is not on offer letter on calling to call centre team given will misguide you. On first day itself after online induction of joining your branch is changed along with line manager if current reporting manager don't require you in his team so why HR mail comes to you on last day of induction with line manager and location details God knows. Work Departments will change like we change cloths. Line managers does not have proper behaviour with line staff. Very Pathetic and unprofessional people to work with. Please enquire properly before entering. Freshers do not apply as you will not learn anything. Thanks 👍

Bank provides good Salary, bonus & salary hike & culture till 2021, in 2022 they made same unexpected Transfer, no incriment, no bonous with any justification.

If the manager is bad, then there is too much work pressure, no work life balance. The compensation is far less. There is hardly any annual monetary growth
