... Inequality in rating process. Lobbying of the people towards senior management.Very slow and less growth and compensation. Multiple products selling with least manpower besides huge process and operations to be followed on daily basis from least manpower only. Senior management messaging for business even after working hour, late night , even if its a holiday or festival or even if you are on leave.HR submissive under senior management not having much role excluding any exegiencies or any employee HR issue.Taking leave is also very tedious and herculean task. Not one good for very long career here.

No work life balance daily targets of various banking products sometimes branch manager make employees to sit late in the branch, no skill development at all. Banking industry is worst to start your career.

Pay is huge. But life is hard in icici.

Culture is highly toxic. Highly autocratic supervisory and assembly line work routine. Employees are seen as work skippers or lazyheads. Knowledge, information or experience do not matter here. You just need to work like a machine. Office premises resemble a godown with broken chairs, no ventilation with non-functional acs and fans. For the money, employees are expected to drain their physical, mental, personal and emotional well being within the office itself. Worst of all, there is zero chance to learn or even improve your skill(s) because work is highly monotonous and only TAT oriented. No importance given to quality or good performance.

...and audit teams are involving the branches and wrong potrait to super officials. Low level lady staff are working for only salary not for organisation. They will escalate the small things to HR also.

Bank Is Good But Many Peoples Are there is Old But Knowledge Less And Bank Haer Other Bank Employees Maximum Package And There Knowlege level is not up to the Mark. And old Employees struggling.

Many Other Employee they Are hard working But New Comers are High Salary And old Employees Are Less Salary. So culture is Disaster, Because Of salary Defferent.
