It's a very good bank for working the team was supportive at every moment. We work together in any situation. In any of the difficulty we use to support each other.

The dislike about this bank was first of all the salary offcourse it's very less and the work load is more. The pressure was so much of sales if the person is doing the operations he has to do sales also . After that the timing was also so much for the branch. If the timing is till 4:30 then also they allow us to sit till 8 or 9 this is a dislike for me.

ICICI Bank is very good for starting your carrer. All process and structure is defined and in strimline. Bank promotes automation and healthy culture of bank.

In Icici carrer and growth prospects are slow. Less pay increase.

Very easy to sustain if you have worked for more than 4-5 years Job stability is there Salary and bonuses come in time always

Work culture is an absolute joke here. This can take a toll on your mental health. No incentives hence hardly any motivation to work. Your journey in the organization will depend upon your bosses behavioral traits.

Low salary Poor management by team leads Poor hike on promotion No merit based promotion or hike (promotion based on years of years worked irrespective of the performance, just like government job)
