1.Very less Paid Leaves for first 2 years only 9 PL 2.The variable and retention bonus may not be paid citing reasons best known to them 3.Specific asset departments have lobby system with HR wherein they might not confirm probation which is 1 year long 4.Very laid back work environment hence no learnings 5. Whatever the role may be it would only consist of sales 6.Department mentioned on offer letter may not match the department given during onboarding 7.Very high travelling requirements with only 3000 rupees will get reimbursed. Average travelling expenditure may clock north of 10000 in some months

Work life balance is there if you are a Virtual RM. Salary is below average as compared to posh cities where cost of living is high like Bangalore. HR policies is good. Fresher should take a chance to learn and embibe in the field. Coming to promotion it is by default your years of experience and expertise in the domain.

Thank God for centralized appraisals, otherwise one wouldn't get a dime! The company culture is deteriorating with every passing minute. You won't get to learn new things unless the hierarchy sees their own benefit in it. Favourism and partiality goes hand in hand and at a peak level.

We all know that ICICI is the most leading bank ... So that's the company culture, salary process, increment process just excellent. This is reason icici is the most successful private bank in India.

There is nothing dislike about icici bank. Sorry to say for me this best working place ever.

Growth prospective, I am working in ICICI BANK as Sales officer from the last one year. It's great experience to be in sales. I have learn so mamy things from my BM. She's very supportive. With my hard work I am now shifting to operations with support of my RH and BM.

Dislikes

Performance linked pay is not there. Perks & Incentives should be there to motivate and retain especially sales Team. Otherwise they'll move to other organisation which are providing incentive. Ultimately everybody is working for their personal growth, Money. And there should not be any difference between Inbound and outbound Teams. Operations team thinks that they are superior to Sales officers. They can order sales team to do whatever they want. It's been two months as My BM is on maternity leave. Now DBM is taking care of the branch. I am very much disappointed of the behaviour of my DBM towards me.
