❗️ALERT 🖲🖲🖲🖲🖲🖲 ALERT❗️ The company overall deserves zero good ratings I swear.The working environment is so bad..that no matter how talented u were they will surely make u feel like a trash..and nothing else.No matter how hard you try , they will jst never feel the pain.They feel like freshers are peons.No resources(laptops) are provided..No one will be there to help you.No one will encourage you ..else they will give their 100% to lower your confidence and demotivate you.Actually only people who have affairs with each other in the office and with customers can stay here..exchanging business secretly.And actually they have a double business running in here.They hire freshers by asking then huge amounts..which their parents had hard earned..and after 2 - 3 months they will intentionally pressurize you to leave the job..so thar they can carry their hiring business on the other side.This scam is running from several past years..but its shame for that respective authority that such..dirty things are being carried out.It is the real truth and my experience.Not only me but several innocent candidates face this across the country..under the baner of NIIT. Our own money is paid to us by intense dishonor..pressure..demoralization..demotivation...and what not.I request if someone can unveil this dirty business.This may be a business to them but for those children.. its a total mental harassment both from the coworkers as well as from their own family.Never join this rubbish organization.🖲🖲🖲🖲

HR is very supportive but salary is not that level of job responsibility, need some additional work bonus or I say incentive which will be motivate us. Work environment is good but it will be better if infra could be better.

ICICI BANK HR IS VERY SUPPORTIVE AS COMPARED WITH THE MANAGEMENT OF PERTICULER DEPARTMENT.BANK POLICIES ARE GOOD.

There is a lot of politics and management dosent address our issues Salary is good but coulegues using there influence instead of thire perfomance for growth.

No work life balance daily targets of various banking products sometimes branch manager make employees to sit late in the branch, no skill development at all. Banking industry is worst to start your career.
