Hi there , I have recently completed 2 rounds of interview with the ICICI for the position of Datawarehouse Architect(DATA ENGINEER) and the discussions with HR were very positive and they told me they will be soon contacting me for salary discussions. I searched through different platforms but I am unable to get exactly what is the range of this at ICICI, I have over 2 years of experience and my current CTC is 12LPA, It would be helpful for me to know what can be the expected range that I can have for this role at ICICI

...ey do not even consider transfer requests even if they are on medical grounds. They just hire candidates on the pretext of job opportunity and salary, but the job demands everything and gives just peanuts of salary in return because the salary has a verry big variable portion that includes Performance linked retention pay, cost of loan, deferred pay, etc. The actual fixed in hand salary is nothing but peanuts.

Pay-scale can be still improved compared to MNC banks, given that working hours can exceed at ICICI bank based on some working saturdays. If ICICI Bank reviews, request to please re-consider exited employees to re-join esp; when employee left for higher pay to meet some financial obligations.

...wrong information at the time of interviews. Not giving full idea about profile. Salary also not given as per call letter & also they don’t have any explaination for that. In COVID situation they force employees to leave the job. They didn’t given bonus at time. After leaving of employee they give bonus. Such a bad experience at ICICI
