... everything if u stay alive, congratulations you won't get promoted or anything. Neither your salary will increase. You will be insulted, given slang, you will be over worked to meet impossible targets which is impossible. No holidays nothing. No overtime. You cannot sit in branch. You have to be on field and your manager will call you continuously to get updates. After reaching home you have to send business updates. If you are not able to do business any one day in morning meeting they will tell you to turn on camera doesn't matter you are traveling or anywhere. They basically treat you like animals. I don't understand how are these companies allowed to operate like this. No help from seniors or anything. Please don't join this watever. This is not a bank rather a sales organisation.

...d, nobody wants to understand your problem, most of the people is bullying type. Low salary as per the job role, there is a role called pb is the most third class role in this bank, nothing is good in this role, you are just an upgraded sales officer, nothing else. If you wants to join in branch banking my suggestion will be, don't join there. Please! BM is very abusive, he knows how to shout & abuse, nothing else he can do.

The salary is credited at the last day of the month.the staff can work here because the customers have trust on ICICI BANK not on the employees.

Dirty politics and environment. The superiors will always humiliate you and if by any chance you will get promoted, others will pull down you. They treated their employees as a servent, after 10am, BM told all employees to go out and put up business, and come back branch after 6pm. They even gave no leave in your medical emergency. The entire dumdum region is getting suffocating environment because of some BMs.

Managers think, they are like acting governor of RBI. A big wall of ego in between old and new employee. Not a friendly work atmosphere. No training for new joining people. They don't care about service. Everything is depending on sales. They only serve those people who will give business to them. This bank is like road side shit for my career path. And one more thing there should not be any comparison between HDFC & ICICI. If HDFC is like sky or flying, ICICI is like road and garbage.

The company has varied types of clients and the pay is at par the industry standards

Dislikes

The work culture makes it difficult for employees to work in the organization. The managers are demanding and are not concerned at all about work life balance. Also most of them are at the position because of vintage and unable to delegate tasks properly, thus tons of work gets dumped that exhausts you. If you are a junior the outlook is not of a colleage but of college junior and managers treat you as their personal attendat with justification that it being a part of learning.
