I get lot of knowledge about home loan process due to training given by my colleagues.Office working hours and leaves are comfortable so that I can provide too much time with my family.It's off role job, unfortunately job is less secure than on role job.Company culture is very healthy and happy.I am very glad to work with icici.knowledge providing by icici is useful for my career development.

Our company enhance salary on rating given by seniors.Our seniors also take a part in our learning.They provide us innovative ideas.

No work life balance daily targets of various banking products sometimes branch manager make employees to sit late in the branch, no skill development at all. Banking industry is worst to start your career.

Pay is huge. But life is hard in icici.

Culture is highly toxic. Highly autocratic supervisory and assembly line work routine. Employees are seen as work skippers or lazyheads. Knowledge, information or experience do not matter here. You just need to work like a machine. Office premises resemble a godown with broken chairs, no ventilation with non-functional acs and fans. For the money, employees are expected to drain their physical, mental, personal and emotional well being within the office itself. Worst of all, there is zero chance to learn or even improve your skill(s) because work is highly monotonous and only TAT oriented. No importance given to quality or good performance.
