There is no incentive and didn't get clarity before joining HR will never call before joining So much pressure, there is more then 28 products and employees have to do every target on daily basis. Specially employee can not go home without doing FD everyday. No WORK life balance No timming to come back home If you get mapped wrong cliental then there is no solution, no one listen you, you have to do target at any cost

Digitally advanced in all parameters..fast service to customers..very good bonuses to employees every year without fail..also hr policies are very good for the employees.one can easily sustain in icici for more than 5 years

Very low salary.. major drawback.. increment also very less.

I get lot of knowledge about home loan process due to training given by my colleagues.Office working hours and leaves are comfortable so that I can provide too much time with my family.It's off role job, unfortunately job is less secure than on role job.Company culture is very healthy and happy.I am very glad to work with icici.knowledge providing by icici is useful for my career development.

Our company enhance salary on rating given by seniors.Our seniors also take a part in our learning.They provide us innovative ideas.

Overall the organisation in terms of salary structure, Work life balance and promotion appraisal is better than any other existing Bank.

Dislikes

The organization is certainly not meant for employees who are novice in the banking field. The training and helping environment is not at all good.

Grading system is not there. Decent salary for beginners

Dislikes

Work life balance is very poor. Expected to do most of customer's part of documentation also. Expected to be available irrespective of holidays. Being service sector it's both physically and emotionally exhausting
