ICICI Bank is a brand You don't have to worry about job security Definitely you will get the best exposure if you want to make your career in banking industry Management and HR policies are fantastic I have been working here for 5 years and I'm really enjoying your time with ICICI Work culture is good If you are a fresher Go for it If you are an experienced person I'll recommend to consider ICICI as your last job in your career because you can plan your retirement with this organisation

Salary and incentives Very Poor till the grade MMI After MMII you are going to get handsome bonus and perks After CMII you will get Vehicle benefits As AGM you will get house allowance from bank and by DGM & Above All your expenses will be take care by bank So the conclusion is if you are below the grade.MMII the salary and incentives are very poor After MII and above only incentives are excellent but again hikes on salary are poor (7-8% of increment in non promotion) & 18% in promotion You are eligible for Promotion after 3 years

Over all experience is great. compensation security is guaranteed and you will learn lots of and safest job.

There are too many paths and processes, and it's difficult to remember, but gradually you getting everything.

...ff whoever are in their regions make their transfer for their job sage guard . Not giving Increament,Not giving Bonus and harassing and degraded the profile too...and transfer the employee where employee himself have no contacts ,new area ,in South or north east where it is difficulty to be relocate and we can say like it is an , Indirect way of compelling the employee to put the resignation.

Overall the organisation in terms of salary structure, Work life balance and promotion appraisal is better than any other existing Bank.

Dislikes

The organization is certainly not meant for employees who are novice in the banking field. The training and helping environment is not at all good.

1)After office time I am not received any office call from my seniors. 2)WebEx not happening in frequently. 3)I get more space to work freely in my department. 4)Get holidays on time as well as leave with out any questions from seniors.

Dislikes

1) Bank credit policy. 2) Low Salary structure 3) Delay to proceed customer request. 4) Top management support.
