There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Present working organization is innovating new things process.another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high. sometimes, I have to work 11-12 hours straight in a days.

...good bcz of work culture and environment . Seniors and teammates are supportive. Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give salary hike and bonus every year.

There is issues related to transfer.

It's a great place to work I've started my career here and learnt many things.

Salary is very low and career growth is also slow. If transfer required we have to wait for 3 years sometimes after that also they won't provide.

...k and life is difficult to balance especially by the time when volumes are high. Job security is there of course but salary and compensation is very poor. Appraisal also is below average that too is much dependent on internal politics. Hard work without buttering is never paid off. Process oriented work culture is quite appreciable

Too slow growth opportunities . Salary in comparison to work delivered is terrible. Work and life difficult to balance. Politics is too vital right from base till top what I have come across
