Sales culture, in the name of opportunity target is giving and there is no incentive neither extra bonus. The bonus they are giving that is also from our salary they are giving nothing extra.

I like most the company culture and training programme of the bank.

Dislikes

Salary is not meeting the inflation and that to be in a big city like hyderabad. There is no connection between the post of deputy manager and the role in bank.

Seniors are blindly believing immediate supervisor feedback. My Manager name Jagannadha Purama was in bad books but still Seniors believed him due to that I have lost carrier. So many complaints against him but no one is taking action because he is senior most employee

Financial it's not giving expected salary of employees and promotion s and one thing recruiting new employees giving high packege and grads but not considered experience employees that is major drawback in the icicibank.
