ICICI Bank is having numerous department , one professional can switch his vertical also ( internal dept posting ). Opportunity in ICICI is more than other bank . Culture of the company is good , security of job is like other big organisation. Career growth totally depending on your performance but sometimes good performer also marked as average due to high vintage emp in the same dept who are also in the promotion queue . Growth in sales / marketing is very good - good performers of consecutive two years can be promoted as per HR Policy.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

This is my first job. working with ICICI is a good experience for me. There is a job security for you, overall it is a good experience, no unconstitutional word used by any Boss. colleagues are helpful.

No training, depend on agency, job security is high, growth is slow, salary is not good , travel policy is good, lots of politics, no learning because you are collector , nothing innovative and work life balance is good. HR policy is just diplomatic department of ICICI bank where they are just machines.

It is good to work there but mostly it depends over your superiors as the atmosphere whether it's positive or negative will be decided by them. For me it's not that good. Think before getting in.
