There is no support from mangers and I'm totally dissatisfied with salary package and increment and we should work compulsory from office

Pathetic work environment, you don't have to worry about work life balance as it's all work only. Work timing 9 to till you're wornout and even corporate offices also work on Saturdays. You get great training from no one.

For fresher its good learn lot of things in banking domain.very security and highly confidential for any work, I love team support.Quick response for problem solving.Updating every latest technology depending on project.For Data Analyst its excellent opportunity for learning many things by using technolgy.Good in Commitment.

Salary growth is low and i have work 12-14 hours straight in a day.They didnt accept own decission.I am receiving appreciation mails from Field Managers,but they are unnoticing my work.some Politics is theire in team.

...e of that icici i couldnt do anything even i cant think of myself and my future.If you get into icici you will work like Robo and you will get salary lessthan beggar in hyderabad .And managers are looks like girls shape and rating will give only for girls.

Job security id there so anyone can survive if they are not performing too, salary is low and promotion and appraisal is rare if you are not from sponsored/Tie up colleges.
