1) salary lost of deduction. 2) poor managerial experience. 3) 9 hr shift timing but you will stretch every day. 4) Targeted job you have to complete your target on daily basis ,when you finished then go to home. 5) stretch shift 3to4 hr daily without any incentive. 6) If you go early next day they shouting on you and fire you. 7) do work without respect, no self respect to you. 8) manager not supportive. They don't know basic thing , how to speak to employees. 9) If you are facing helth issue, Maneger ask for share medical certificate, even you share they not sanction your leave. 10) Worst management.

Working in ICICI Bank I am very proud to be say in anybody her working culture and customers sales and collection repayment policy is very nice and loan repayment options is very good

Salary and promotion system is very poor

...d Employees Are so Helpfull And Supportive And Company Policy, management,team Work Are Damn Good , And they given good salary and bonus every year

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
