Salary and Appraisals are standard, irrespective of how an individual Employee is performing. The appraisal is standard all across. Additionally, the Employee is categorised basis the B-schools even after being in the organization for many years and there is a huge difference in the salary packages for Employees at the same grade

Salary benifits ,Auto pramotion after 3 years,lot of things to learn.

Dislikes

Very dirty work culture, Dirty politics,not personally life ,9 to 9 work, job is not safe they can move you in any vertical in any state of india . HR responsible only for hiring no role for employees after that.

...o further announcement. Work life balance is good specifically for this role. About salary bank give good hike every year to their employees.

So far in this role there is no negative points noted, may be in other sales role there is lot of pressures.

1). As a fresher one should not loose the opportunity. But the growth and salary is not sufficient. But if you are thinking for brand name, then you must join for starting your career with a nice place. 2). As operations is a backend job, so growth is slow here. No target job and security as the govt jobs. 3). Work culture includes the team in which you will be assigned. If your reporting authority is good, then you will love the work. So, in which you are being assigned is very important here. Mostly there are 10 hours schedule on daily basis. 4). Benifits includes medical, HRA, PF and credit card without any annual charges for the Bank employees. In probation you are eligible for sick leave, and other leaves for maximum 8 days.

Dislikes

As a fresher it's nice. But for a better growth it can't be assured.

It's one of the best banks to work for. Culture is really good. It's like a PSU bank. There is no target. Every employee is relationship manager.

Dislikes

One thing which is i think common in most of the organisation that they pay very less to their old employees and they pay very high salary to the new joining employees from their competitors. Sometimes the new employees are even less skilled. So it hurts to the old employees and they tend to leave the organisation to get more salary.
