... bank. I am very interested in joining the compliance team in jammu and kashmir. I am interested to join the bank today if bank says to me to join the bank on the same package I am definitely join the bank. I am doing hardwork for this bank I claim no money from bank I am doing business from hilly areas.

Work environment and politics are very bad in this bank. My seniors take gifts from me and they will go to his seniors. Mr Kuldeep Gupta previous RH and vivek Gupta RH has doing nothing they take gifts from his colleagues. Mr vivek Gupta take gifts from Mr Nitin Bajaj channi himmat branch and Mr amit Mahajan and Sahil Gupta. Mr Nitin Bajaj has doing Mf business in his wife code. In my tenure I open Konkan Railway account, AFCONS INFRASTRUCTURE accounts IRCON railway account Pwd Govt account in Reasi and Katra branch and steel KONNECT and HMM account and HCc account. Today if I am there my branch is 500cr I signed the account of NHPc account of 300crores and railway road project in jammu of 200cr. I am interested to join the bank.i am doing all my hardwork for this bank but my seniors are jealous from me I am doing nothing. But I am very interested to join the bank.

...and audit teams are involving the branches and wrong potrait to super officials. Low level lady staff are working for only salary not for organisation. They will escalate the small things to HR also.

Salary and Appraisals are standard, irrespective of how an individual Employee is performing. The appraisal is standard all across. Additionally, the Employee is categorised basis the B-schools even after being in the organization for many years and there is a huge difference in the salary packages for Employees at the same grade

Salary benifits ,Auto pramotion after 3 years,lot of things to learn.

Very dirty work culture, Dirty politics,not personally life ,9 to 9 work, job is not safe they can move you in any vertical in any state of india . HR responsible only for hiring no role for employees after that.

It's one of the best banks to work for. Culture is really good. It's like a PSU bank. There is no target. Every employee is relationship manager.

Dislikes

One thing which is i think common in most of the organisation that they pay very less to their old employees and they pay very high salary to the new joining employees from their competitors. Sometimes the new employees are even less skilled. So it hurts to the old employees and they tend to leave the organisation to get more salary.
