If you're a fresh graduate, especially from a top college, stay far away from this company. They’ll hire you for a Relationship Manager position, which is basically just a sales job. They promise job security, but that’s a lie. If you don’t meet your sales targets, they’ll constantly pressure you, and might even transfer you. The salary might look good at first, but there’s no real career growth. The training is practically nonexistent, and you’ll be expected to learn everything on your own. Don’t be fooled—if you care about your career, don’t even consider applying here. They bulk hire graduates and end up wasting your time and ruining your future.

There are lots for opportunities to learn. There are n no option job role change. It's goof part of the job.

Dislikes

Employees growth in terms of salary and promotion is very low. They give life time value to management passout student. It's already clg over hardworking Employees.

Likes

Pressure is relatively low than other banks and bank is focused on making employees learn. Job security is also there.

Dislikes

Salary is relatively low as there is no incentive. You have to wait all the way to year end for bonus. If you leave in between you loose the bonus. Secondly, sales is difficult if you are not from a marketing background or some kind of introvert.

Likes

The earlier setup of wealth management i.e before 2019, was the best setup in the industry with benefits on salary, insensitive, promotion. Working culture, learning was key and it was fun to work. As of today, in terms on all benefits, salary, compensation icici is great above CM2/DVP/VP level. Till one reaches the middle management i.e CM1 I feel there are other org for learning and growing.

Post COVID things changed and all the benefits were abolished and work increased without any benefits on compensation.

Likes

Very positive working environment. Usage of offensive language is prohibited. There is great opportunity and growth. Brand name gives value addition to the resume.

Salary compensation is not very satisfactory
