Sales culture, in the name of opportunity target is giving and there is no incentive neither extra bonus. The bonus they are giving that is also from our salary they are giving nothing extra.

Good work life balance, you can learn if you have the hunger, job security is good.
Dislikes
...rowth and promotions as per vintage as decided by hr and not as per performance. But if you are satisfied with average salary and WLB, u can go for it.
Literally cheated for my bonus. Work life balance is not good. Unnecessary pressure which doesn't even make sense.
Would be happy to work even 10 hours if it makes sense.
My father had cancer and i had to look after him in different city and HR response was you can take leave but no WFH is allowed. During 1st year, we have no paid leaves.
Standard 10% hike for everyone whether you do good work or bad.
Gave me bonus of half of the bonus received by my colleague just because he joined 7 days before me.

If you can accept the things and keep patience then someday it will be fruitful that could take years.

Extreme target pressure.
Some roles like me need to travel to different places but no facility provided.
