Hi there , I have recently completed 2 rounds of interview with the ICICI for the position of Datawarehouse Architect(DATA ENGINEER) and the discussions with HR were very positive and they told me they will be soon contacting me for salary discussions. I searched through different platforms but I am unable to get exactly what is the range of this at ICICI, I have over 2 years of experience and my current CTC is 12LPA, It would be helpful for me to know what can be the expected range that I can have for this role at ICICI

Awesome place to work ,i had worked for 2 years because of marriage ,I had to resign orelse i would have continue to work because of work culture .

Dislikes

Nothing everything was perfect salary was coming on time month end before month end itself and system is good so nothing negative

Work as hard as a bee and earn as less as penny

Dislikes

Don't work here. They pay very less. They give more work. There's no manpower.. so you'll have to do everything sometimes maybe Xerox printing and scanning too during your working hours. You don't get incentives as per your work

Icici is the best organization in corporate sector compare to ather bank they give salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

Icici is the best organization but there previous salary with incentiveis there but now stopped the incentive so evry two year there will get promotion so iam not satisfied

Overall the organisation in terms of salary structure, Work life balance and promotion appraisal is better than any other existing Bank.

Dislikes

The organization is certainly not meant for employees who are novice in the banking field. The training and helping environment is not at all good.

Grading system is not there. Decent salary for beginners

Dislikes

Work life balance is very poor. Expected to do most of customer's part of documentation also. Expected to be available irrespective of holidays. Being service sector it's both physically and emotionally exhausting
