Job was exciting as it required me to be innovative and persistent. I learnt to be a patient listener, financial planner for the distressed customers, legal counsel and overall a better human. Culture is really good. Very employee friendly and caring. Tolerant for genuine mistakes, training for the job in hand, support for every exigencies is what I got here.

Nothing to dislike really....a slight improvement in pay packages may be.

Salary on time, good environment and everyone is cooperative. Will get scope to learn new things.

Sales culture, in the name of opportunity target is giving and there is no incentive neither extra bonus. The bonus they are giving that is also from our salary they are giving nothing extra.

If you're a fresh graduate, especially from a top college, stay far away from this company. They’ll hire you for a Relationship Manager position, which is basically just a sales job. They promise job security, but that’s a lie. If you don’t meet your sales targets, they’ll constantly pressure you, and might even transfer you. The salary might look good at first, but there’s no real career growth. The training is practically nonexistent, and you’ll be expected to learn everything on your own. Don’t be fooled—if you care about your career, don’t even consider applying here. They bulk hire graduates and end up wasting your time and ruining your future.

Salary and Appraisals are standard, irrespective of how an individual Employee is performing. The appraisal is standard all across. Additionally, the Employee is categorised basis the B-schools even after being in the organization for many years and there is a huge difference in the salary packages for Employees at the same grade

Work life balance is there if you are a Virtual RM. Salary is below average as compared to posh cities where cost of living is high like Bangalore. HR policies is good. Fresher should take a chance to learn and embibe in the field. Coming to promotion it is by default your years of experience and expertise in the domain.
