Policies like Fixed salary, Leave structure, OP treatment benefits, Medical insurance etc are really great. Very lucky to get a good manager and a great team which really maters in this industry.

Dislikes

Certain policies like dress code, 'do not disturb' hours, mandatory trainings (recently introduced) seems to be a bit old fashioned and not really worthy.
